I am associate professor of public administration and politics in the Department of Social Science and Business at Roskilde University. Here I teach and do research on a range of topics in public administration and social science research methods.
In addition, I provide consulting services, and training on an array of methods and design, to both private and public organisations in Denmark and internationally.

POLICY PAPER:
HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT IN DEVELOPING COUNTRIES
Jan Meyer-Sahling, Christian Schuster and I have finalised a policy report with recommendations for HRM in developing country administrations, based on our survey of more than 23.000 public servants in ten countries.
